The mission of SPSP is to support professionals in leadership service to the consumer product safety field. The organization provides university-level product safety management training, professional networking, and offers certification for qualified consumer product safety professionals.

International Consumer Products Health and Safety Organization
ICPHSO is a global organization of health and safety professionals who exchange ideas, share information, and address health and safety concerns affecting all consumers. ICPHSO hosts three types of events– an annual symposium in the United States, an annual symposium outside of the United States, and North America based regional training workshops.
ASTM International
ASTM is a standards development organization that has developed more than 12,000 consensus-based standards. Their committee on consumer products includes safety standards ranging from toys and juvenile products to gasoline cans and scooters.
Kids In Danger
KID’s mission is to save lives by enhancing transparency and accountability through safer product development, better education and stronger advocacy for children. We fulfill our mission by reaching out to caregivers to spread safety awareness and recall information, serving as a watchdog on regulatory agencies and manufacturers, and working with designers and engineers to make safety a top priority.
